The land owners choose to apply to the public for their benefit hand out....I just don't understand why its not being capped in the same way that other claimants are being capped? They should certainly not be earning more than the minimum wage...otherwise where is the incentive to....oh.

I had no sympathy at all for these landowners until I realised that these subsidies were forced on to the landowners - that's right isn't it?
