Executive ordered to respond on EU breaches

Kevin Dunion, the Scottish Information Commissioner, has today ordered the Scottish Executive to consider releasing details of its alleged breaches of European law. By withholding draft responses on 'infraction' cases, the Executive had failed to comply with the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, he ruled. Details here.
